Wood chip delivery is available from the City of Darien, for Darien residents, typically beginning May 1 and ending by October 31. There is a delivery fee of $35.00 for a half load, approximately 4 cubic yards, and $55.00 for a full load, approximately 8 cubic yards. The wood chips are double ground and delivered on Fridays.
